Our environment
For a long time now, all of Ashleigh Sign’s recyclable waste, from cardboard delivery items to vinyl cut-offs, have been carefully separated, packaged and collected by authorised agencies for recycling. More recently, in line with WEEE directives, Ashleigh Signs ensures all hazardous waste from signage, including fluorescent tubes, is carefully packaged and returned from site as hazardous waste which is then stored for collection and safe disposal by a licensed contractor.
Ashleigh Signs has lead the way with environmentally friendly signage technology, including LED and extended life and high frequency types of lighting which reduce environmental impact through lower energy costs and longer lifetimes. At Ashleigh Signs, we now offer environmentally friendly signage solutions as standard and often work with our clients on innovative new ways to reduce the cost and environmental impact of projects they undertake.
Our community
Our home is in Rothwell, Leeds and thanks to the Ashleigh Signs philosophy of working as a team to achieve great results; we never ignore this close knit community we depend on.
We are always looking to help our local community – either proactively or just making sure we are always aware of our neighbours being based in a residential area. From local galas, school adventures and charity drives, at Ashleigh Signs, we always look to get involved. Whether this is by producing complimentary new signs for the local cricket club, sponsorship of the bright young stars of our local Rothwell Juniors or donating a few bob for charity, Ashleigh Signs knows how important local community life is.
